Contact your identity app for help creating and strengthening your Digital Identity
For help creating or strengthening your Digital Identity you need to contact your identity app, including:
• what documents you need
• setting up your Digital Identity
• issues with changing your name or your name is different on your identity documents
Currently, you can create a Digital Identity through the Australian Government’s myGovID platform. Visit the myGovID support page for details on how to create your Digital Identity.
Over time, we expect this list of identity apps to grow.
Contact the service you want about access issues
For all issues to do with the service you are trying to access, you need to contact the service.
If you are unable to access the service you want because you don’t have a Digital Identity or a strong Digital Identity, contact them, they will usually have other support channels available.
